The invention discloses a pipeline opening limiting device and limiting method for a concrete pouring pipeline of a high-rise building. The pipeline opening limiting device comprises an anti-deformation top layer frame, wherein a fixing ring is arranged above the anti-deformation top layer frame, and a plurality of vertical supporting rods are arranged below the anti-deformation top layer frame; sliding wheel frames are evenly distributed along the edge of the anti-deformation top layer frame, tensioning ropes are arranged on the sliding wheel frames, one ends of the tensioning ropes are fixedto the fixing ring, and tensioning assemblies capable of tightening the tensioning ropes are arranged at the other ends of the tensioning ropes; and telescopic supporting columns are arranged below the tensioning assemblies, the upper ends of the telescopic supporting columns are fixed to the tensioning assemblies, and the lower ends of the telescopic supporting columns are fixed to the top layerof the building. Through the limiting device and the limiting method, a pipeline opening of the concrete pouring pipeline of the high-rise building can be effectively limited, the safety risk of constructors is effectively reduced, and concrete is poured on a pouring surface more stably and accurately.
