Data center main machine room system
The invention provides a data center main machine room system. The data center main machine room system comprises a field engineering device, an air conditioner, an integrated wiring device, and a power distribution device, wherein an antistatic paint material layer directly laid on the ground is adopted by the field engineering device; the air conditioner comprises a plurality of air conditionercabinets, server cabinets and the air conditioner cabinets are installed in a mixed mode, and cold and hot channels of the air conditioner cabinets and the server cabinets are formed by intercommunication between front and rear doors of the adjacent cabinets to be mounted; the integrated wiring device is characterized in that all cables are laid from top to bottom above the cabinets, and erected and distributed through strong and weak wire grooves; and the power distribution device comprises a UPS system, a plurality of cabinet power distribution array cabinets and a plurality of air conditioner power distribution array cabinets. According to the data center main machine room system, no hidden space, cable laying or gas pipelines are designed on the ground, and thus the safety coefficientof a data center machine room is improved; and an upward wiring manner is adopted in laying of all the cables from top to bottom above the cabinets, and the cables are erected and distributed throughthe strong and weak wire grooves, so that the safety coefficient and the appearance of the machine room are improved, and the construction cost is relatively low.
本发明提出了一种数据中心主机房系统,包括:场地工程装置采用在地面直接铺设防静电漆材料层;空调装置包括多个空调机柜,其中,服务器机柜与空调机柜混搭安装,相邻机柜前、后门中间互通形成空调机柜和服务器机柜的冷、热通道进行排列;综合布线装置包括:线缆铺设全部采用在机柜上方由上至下的布线方式,通过强、弱电线槽进行架设和分布;配电装置包括:UPS系统、多台机柜配电列柜和多台空调配电列柜。本发明地面设计无隐蔽空间、无线缆铺设、气体管道,提高了数据中心机房的安全系数。线缆铺设全部采用在机柜上方由上至下的上行布线方式,通过强、弱电线槽进行架设和分布,提高机房的安全系数和机房美观性,建设成本相对较低。
