The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a silo roof cantilever plate. The construction method comprises the following steps that when slip form construction is conducted about 1m of the top of a silo, a vertical fixing rod is pre-buried on the side wall of the silo, and a roof bottom template is installed at the top of the silo after the slip form is completed and a slip form system is dismantled; then a safety rope is installed on the vertical fixing rod, a hanging bracket is assembled in sections, the hanging bracket isinstalled to form a cantilever plate operating platform, a cantilever bottom template is installed on the cantilever plate operating platform, a side template is installed on the outer side of the cantilever bottom template, and integrally binding of the roof panel and cantilever plate reinforcing steel bars as well as integrally pouring concrete of the roof panel and the cantilever plate are carried out. Therefore, the construction of the roof panel and the cantilever plate can be completed safely, simply and efficiently with guaranteed quality and quantity; and the construction method is low in cost, easy to operate and high in practicability.
