The invention discloses a method for manufacturing fluidized backfill with earth pressure balance shield residue. The method comprises the following steps that: the appropriate amount of curing materials, an activator and water are successively added into the earth pressure balance shield residue for fully mixing; and when the mixture forms a flowing state, pouring into backfill gaps is conducted.The residue in a "plastic flowing" state is generated from an earth pressure balance shield, the residue is modified into fluidized backfill soil by using the characteristics of fluidity, the problemof residue treatment and disposal can be solved, and problems of narrow space and poor compactness of backfill can also be solved.
本发明公开了一种使用土压平衡盾构渣土制造流动化回填土的方法，包括：在土压平衡盾构渣土中依次加入适量的固化材料、激活剂和水进行充分混合；待混合物形成能流动的状态时，将其浇筑于回填空隙中。将土压平衡盾构产生的“塑性流动”状态的渣土，利用其本身具有流动性的特点改性使其成为流动化回填土，既可以解决渣土处理处置的问题，又能解决狭小空间回填土密实性不好的问题。
