The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic construction tunnels, and discloses an obstacle indicating device for underground tunnel construction and maintenance. The device comprises a shell, wherein the bottom of the shell is movably connected with a sucker, two sides of the sucker are movably connected with claw hooks, a water inlet groove is formed inside the shell, a water holding plate is movably connected to the surface of the water inlet groove, a screw is movably connected to the bottom of the water holding plate, a push block is movably connected to the surface of the screw, a light band is movably connected to the surface of the screw and located at the bottom of the push block, extrusion plates are movably connected to the surface of the light band, force application plates are movably connected to surfaces of the extrusion plates, and retaining plates are movably connected to surfaces of the force application plates. When the screw rotates, the pushblock on the surface of the screw slides downward along the screw surface, water on the surface of the water holding plate flows into a liquid storage space, the light band emits light, and intensityof the light emitted by the light band is related to the amount of water in contact, and thus, the effects of receiving accumulated water and performing lighting according to weather conditions are achieved.
