The invention discloses a logistics code box and a logistics management system and method, and the logistics code box comprises a central processing module, a storage module and a communication module, and is in communication connection with an operator information processing platform and a leasee information processing platform through the communication module. The storage module is used for storing equipment information and control verification parameters of the logistics code box; the central processing module is configured to receive a parameter updating instruction about equipment information or control verification parameters sent by an operator or leasee information processing platform; the parameter updating instruction carries a control verification parameter stored in an operatoror leasee information processing platform; and an update permission is verified according to the control verification parameter, and if the verification is passed, an update operation is executed. According to the invention, the modification authority of parameters such as logistics code case equipment information is controlled by controlling the verification parameters, so that the safety of thelogistics code case in the use process is guaranteed.
