Temporary connecting structure for rapid locking of steel pipe sections of stiff skeleton arch
The invention discloses a temporary connecting structure suitable for the rapid locking of the stiff skeleton sections of a concrete arch bridge. With the temporary connecting structure adopted, flange plates and temporary buckle cables are not arranged at the joints of steel pipes; the installation speed of the stiff framework of the steel pipe arch is remarkably increased while structural steelbar arrangement and in-pipe concrete pouring are not affected; construction is convenient; and the construction risk of cantilever installation of the steel pipe arch is greatly reduced; a left to-be-connected pipe joint and a right to-be-connected pipe joint are circular hollow steel pipes with the same outer diameter; corresponding temporary connecting supports are uniformly arranged at intervals on the adjacent end parts of the circular hollow steel pipes along a circumferential direction; each temporary connecting support is composed of a stiffening lug plate and an anchoring base plate; the stiffening lug plates extending in an axial direction are welded to the left to-be-connected pipe joint and the right to-be-connected pipe joint; the anchoring base plates are welded to the ends ofthe stiffening lug plates on the two sides; a gap exists between the plate faces of the corresponding anchoring base plates on the two sides in each group; backing plates are arranged in the gaps; high-strength bolts penetrate through bolt holes in the corresponding anchoring base plates; one end of each high-strength bolt is screwed; and therefore, a set of quick-locking temporary connecting structure can be formed.
一种适用于混凝土拱桥劲性骨架节段快速锁定的临时连接构造,以有效避免在钢管接头处设置法兰盘和临时扣索,在不影响结构钢筋布置和管内混凝土灌注的同时显著加快钢管拱劲性骨架安装速度,方便施工,极大降低钢管拱架悬臂安装的施工风险。左侧待连接管节、右侧待连接管节为外径相同的圆形空心钢管,在其相邻端部上沿环向均匀间隔设置对应的临时连接支座,各临时连接支座由加劲耳板和锚固座板构成,轴向延伸的加劲耳板与左侧待连接管节、右侧待连接管节焊接,锚固座板焊接在两侧加劲耳板的端部,各组对应的两侧锚固座板的板面之间存在间隙,在该间隙内设置垫板填实,高强螺栓穿过对应锚固座板上的螺栓孔且拧紧一端螺形成一组快速锁临时连接结构。
