Efficient method for dismantling buckle cables of arch ring
The invention discloses an efficient method for dismantling the buckle cables of an arch ring. The method comprises the steps that: the line shape of the arch ring after the last sway bracing is installed and the line shape of the arch ring after all buckle cables are dismounted are obtained; the line shape of the arch ring after the last sway bracing is installed is compared with the line shape of the arch ring after all the buckle cables are removed, and a control point corresponding to the intersection point of the two line shapes is found out; the buckle cables are alternately removed fromtwo sides of the control point, and a plurality of buckle cable removing sequences are determined; and a buckle cable dismantling sequence of which the arch ring linear fluctuation range meets a requirement is selected. With the method of the invention adopted, under the condition that the requirement of the linear fluctuation range of the arch ring is met, the mode that the buckle cables of thearch ring are alternately dismantled one by one on the two sides of the control point replaces the traditional mode that the buckle cables are dismantled step by step and sequentially and circularly dismantled; the workload of the method is 1/9-1/7 of that of the traditional method; workload is small; the construction efficiency of the dismantling of the buckle cables is greatly improved, and construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种高效的拱圈扣索拆除的方法,获取拱圈安装最后一道横联后的线形和拱圈拆除全部扣索后的线形;对比拱圈安装最后一道横联后的线形与拱圈拆除全部扣索后的线形,并找出两线形交点所对应的控制点;在控制点两侧交替选取拆除扣索的方式,确定若干种扣索拆除顺序;选取拱圈线形波动范围满足要求的扣索拆除顺序。本发明所述的一种高效的拱圈扣索拆除的方法,能够在满足拱圈线形波动范围要求的情况下,在控制点两侧交替的逐根拆除拱桥扣索的方式,取代传统逐级拆除扣索、依次循环拆除扣索的方式,其工作量为传统方法的1/9~1/7,工作量少,大幅度地提高了扣索拆除的施工效率、降低了施工成本。
