Excavator bucket shoulder protector
The invention relates to the technical field of excavators, in particular to an excavator bucket shoulder protector. The excavator bucket shoulder protector comprises a composite alloy metal plate ofa U-shaped structure; the composite alloy metal plate is connected to a bucket in a sleeving mode; positioning holes and strip-shaped through holes are formed in the two sides of the composite alloy metal plate correspondingly; bolt pin holes which correspond to the positioning holes are formed in the bucket; and the positioning holes, the bolt pin holes and the strip-shaped through holes communicate. The shoulder protector can be rapidly installed on the bucket by arranging the composite alloy metal plate, bolt pins and limiting blocks, when an abraded composite alloy metal plate needs to bereplaced, the limiting blocks only need to be hammered with a hammer, thus the bolt pins are squeezed out from the left side, at the moment, the bolt pins are taken out with a tool such as a pair of pliers, operation can be finished by only one person, time and efforts are saved, and the service life of the bucket is greatly prolonged by means of the composite alloy metal plate with the working surface hardness being HRC63 or above.
