The invention relates to the field of curtain walls in construction and installation, and provides an aluminum alloy glass curtain wall. The aluminum alloy glass curtain wall comprises a curtain wallvertical column, a curtain wall cross beam, an aluminum alloy hanging plate assembly, an aluminum veneer and hollow glass. The curtain wall vertical column and the curtain wall cross beam are arrangedin a lattice shape, and the aluminum veneer is mounted in the lattice-shaped space through the aluminum alloy hanging plate assembly. The hollow glass is mounted between wall bodies of an upper floorand a lower floor through glass hanging parts, a first aluminum plate connected with the left ends of the wall bodies is arranged on the left sides of the glass hanging parts, a second aluminum plateconnected with the aluminum veneer is arranged at the right end of the glass hanging part on the upper portions of the floors, a third aluminum plate connected with the aluminum veneer is arranged atthe right end of the glass hanging part on the lower portions of the floors, and sealant is arranged at the joints of the glass hanging parts, the first aluminum plate, the second aluminum plate andthe third aluminum plate. The aluminum alloy glass curtain wall has the beneficial effects that the aluminum veneer is mounted through the aluminum alloy hanging plate assembly, the influences of heatexpansion and cold shrinkage on the aluminum veneer are reduced, and meanwhile the aluminum veneer can be conveniently mounted and dismounted in an aluminum veneer unit type mounting manner.
