Longspan prestress arch cover structure
The invention provides a longspan prestress arch cover structure which is provided with multiple arch rubs arranged coaxially and evenly. The tops of the arch ribs are connected with a top connectingbeam. The middles of the arch ribs are connected with multiple middle connecting beams. The bottom ends of the arch ribs are connected with arch feet. The multiple arch ribs, the top connecting beam,the multiple middle connecting beams and the multiple arch feet are connected to form an arch body. The longspan prestress arch cover structure further provided with an annular prestress steel bundle,and the annular prestress steel bundle penetrates through the arch feet and is connected into a closed annular shape. The arch feet are provided with holes allowing the prestress steel bundle to penetrate, and clearances exist between the holes and the prestress steel bundle. The longspan prestress arch cover structure has the advantages of saving materials and being light in structure, clear instress, low in manufacturing cost, long in space and convenient to construct, a new structure form is provided for round covers with the span being 150 cm or above, and the longspan prestress arch cover structure can be applied and popularized to ultra longspan covers.
本发明提供了一种大跨度预应力拱形屋盖结构,具有同轴心均匀布置的多条拱肋,拱肋顶部与顶部连系梁连接,拱肋中间与多道中间连系梁连接,拱肋底端与拱脚连接,多条拱肋、顶部连系梁、多道中间联系梁、多个拱脚连接在一起形成拱体,所述大跨度预应力拱形屋盖结构还设置环形预应力钢束,环形预应力钢束穿过拱脚并连接成封闭的环形;拱脚设置供所述预应力钢束穿过的孔洞,并且所述孔洞所述与所述预应力钢束之间存在间隙。本发明具有用料省、结构轻、受力明确、造价低、跨度大、施工方便的优点。为150m以上跨度的圆形屋盖提供了一种新的结构形式,可在超大跨度屋盖中进行推广应用。
