The invention provides spraying gypsum as well as a preparation method thereof. The spraying gypsum comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-90% of power plant desulfurized gypsum, 5-20% of quartz sand, and 3-5% of a water-retaining agent, wherein the spraying gypsum has volume density of 937 kg/m<3>, a heat-conducting coefficient of 0.247 W/(m.K), flexural strength of 1.3 MPa, compressive strength of 4.5 MPa, stretching adhesive strength of 0.8 MPa, and a water-retention rate of 89%. The spraying gypsum prepared by the preparation method is a wall material which takes the power plant desulfurized gypsum as a main material, and is assisted with alternative leveling surface mortar which is prepared with assistance of other fillers. The spraying gypsum adopts mechanicalconstruction, improves construction efficiency, shortens a construction period, has the advantages of being free of hollow-out parts, not cracked, high in strength, good in water resistance, fireproof and mildew-proof, and capable of regulating air humidity and the like after being formed, and comprehensively breaks through 10 difficulties of a conventional interior wall material.
本发明提供一种喷涂石膏及其制备方法,所述喷涂石膏包括以下重量份的组分:电厂脱硫石膏70‑90%;石英砂5‑20%;保水剂3‑5%。所述喷涂石膏的体积密度为937kg/m,导热系数为0.247W/(m·K),抗折强度为1.3MPa,抗压强度为4.5MPa,拉伸粘结强度为0.8MPa,保水率为89%。本发明制备的喷涂石膏是以电厂脱硫石膏为主要材料,辅以其他填料生产制备而成的替代找平抹面砂浆的墙面材料。采用机械化施工,提高施工效率、缩短施工工期;成型后具有不空鼓、不开裂、强度高、耐水性好,防火、防霉,调节空气湿度等优点,全面突破了传统内墙材料的10大难点。
