The invention discloses an adjustable plate bracket used for supporting a plate at the adjustable supporting height. The adjustable plate bracket comprises a base, a vertical pipe, a screw, a screw lock nut and a plate supporting component, wherein the base is configured to be applicable to being installed on a supporting surface where the plate is to be paved; the lower end of the vertical pipe is rotationally installed on the base, and an internal thread is arranged at the upper end of the vertical pipe; the screw is provided with an external thread engaged with the internal thread of the vertical pipe, the lower side portion of the screw is screwed into the vertical pipe, and the upper side portion of the screw is exposed out of the vertical pipe; the screw lock nut is configured to beapplicable to locking the screw relative to the vertical pipe; and the plate supporting component is configured to be applicable to being fastened to the upper end of the screw, and used for supporting the plate, wherein the vertical pipe is equipped with a first height adjusting portion used for adjusting the supporting height and a second height adjusting portion used for adjusting the supporting height. The adjustable plate bracket provided by the invention can achieve highly accurate adjustment easily.
