The overflow surface is poured into a plurality of continuous bin bodies. The method comprises the following steps of manufacturing a special-shaped template; mounting templates and water stopping belts on the two sides of the bin bodies where the overflow surface is located; binding overflow surface steel bars on the basis of the bin bodies, wherein a steel bar bending curve is an overflowcurve; fixing the special-shaped template on the two sides of the bin bodies; performing leveling on an overflow surface to be poured; pouring overflow surface concrete in a layered manner between special-shaped templates and pouring the overflow surface steel bars into the concrete; and carrying out plastering forming and maintenance on the overflow surface. Under the condition that the construction conditions are limited, a common wood template can be utilized, a simple, efficient, lower-cost and more effective special-shaped wood template can be processed, so that the cost is saved under the condition of ensuring the engineering quality, the construction is efficient, and the engineering quality during sliding template construction is also achieved; the special-shaped wood template is convenient to manufacture, and can be used for a plurality of times.
