The invention discloses a concrete pouring formwork without a cicada seam and a bolt hole. The concrete pouring formwork is characterized by comprising steel formworks, secondary keels, main keels andsupporting frames; and concrete is poured to the inner sides of the steel formworks, the pressure of the concrete is borne by the steel formworks, the outer sides of the steel formworks are fixedly connected with one ends of the secondary keels, the other ends of the secondary keels are fixedly connected with the main keels, and the main keels are kept fixed through the supporting frames on the outer sides. The steel formworks in the concrete pouring formwork are welded into a whole in a groove welding manner, weld joints are ground to be smooth, by means of a fixed supporting system formed by the keels and the supporting frames, oppositely-pull screws are not adopted, and no cicada seam or bolt hole is formed in the poured concrete surface.
本发明公开了一种无蝉缝无螺栓孔混凝土浇筑模板,其特征在于,包括钢制模板、次龙骨、主龙骨和支撑架,所述钢制模板的内侧浇筑混凝土并承受混凝土的压力,所述钢制模板的外侧固定连接所述次龙骨的一端,所述次龙骨的另一端固定连接所述主龙骨,所述主龙骨通过外侧的支撑架保持固定。本发明中的钢制模板采用坡口焊的方式焊接为一个整体,焊缝打磨平整,并且利用龙骨和支撑架的固定支撑体系,没有采用对拉螺杆,实现了浇筑出的混凝土表面无蝉缝、无螺栓孔。
