The invention relates to a stair three-step bottom die reinforcing device, a reinforcing supporting system and a construction technology. The stair three-step bottom die reinforcing device comprises asteel plate, bolts and nuts. The steel plate is provided with two or more through holes, and the centers of all the through holes are located on the same straight line L1. The distances h1 from the centers of the through holes in the two ends of the straight line L1 to the edge of the steel plate in the direction of the straight line L1 are equal, and h1 is larger than or equal to 80 mm and smaller than or equal to 150 mm. The distance d1 from the center of each through hole to one edge of the steel plate in the direction perpendicular to the straight line L1 is smaller than the distance d2 from the center of each through hole to the other edge of the steel plate, d1 is larger than or equal to 150 mm and smaller than or equal to 200 mm, d2 is equal to d1 plus c, c is the distance from thecenter of each through hole to the boundary of stair three-step cast concrete in the direction perpendicular to the straight line L1, and c is larger than or equal to 80 mm and smaller than or equalto 120 mm. The steel plate is located under a bottom die and is attached to the bottom die, the bolts penetrate through the through holes in the steel plate and the bottom die to extend to the upper portion of the bottom die to be in threaded connection with the nuts, and the nuts wrap the portions, extending to the upper portion of the bottom die, of the bolts. The stair three-step bottom die reinforcing device enhances the formwork supporting rigidity, improves the stair three-step concrete forming quality and prolongs the service period of formwork.
