The invention discloses a multi-storey sunshine energy saving room applied to the field of home buildings. The room structurally comprises an underground layer, multiple living layers and a top layer,the outer side of a front wall towards the south is provided with a glass curtain wall, and a heat storage space is formed in an enclosed manner. Multiple separation layers with ventilation openingsare formed in the heat storage space, sunshine collecting plates with adjustable angles are mounted on the outer side/outer sides of the glass curtain wall and/or a light transmitting top plate slantmounted on a top layer, ventilation openings with controllable opening and closing doors are correspondingly formed in the front wall, a rear wall and the upper end and the lower end of a ventilationpipeline of the rear wall, according to the building room, the safety hidden danger of objects falling from high altitudes can be reduced, according to environment changes, angles of the sunshine collection plate are set, opening and closing of the ventilation openings can be set, in-room lighting, temperature control and ventilation aims can be effectively achieved, use of household energy supplyresources can be reduced, in-room air quality is improved, meanwhile, a land and space distribution use rate can be improved, and the practicability of the room can be widened.
本发明公开了应用于住房建筑领域的一种多层阳光节能房,其结构包括地下层、若干居住层以及顶层,朝向南面的前墙体的外侧设置有玻璃幕墙并包围形成蓄热空间,该蓄热空间内置有若干开设有通风口的分隔层,且玻璃幕墙和/或顶层斜置的透光顶板的外侧设置有角度可调的阳光收集板,该前墙体、后墙体和安装于后墙体的通风管道的上下两个端部分别对应开设有安装有可控开关的通风口。该建筑房屋减少了高空坠物的安全隐患,且可根据环境变化设置阳光收集板的角度以及各个通风口的开关,进而有效解决了户内采光、温控以及通风问题,减少了生活供能资源的使用,提升了户内空气质量,同时提高了土地、空间分配利用率,扩大了其实用性。
