Panel and crowd load identification method
The invention belongs to the technical field of temporary stage safety, and particularly relates to a panel and a crowd load identification method. A current temporary stage panel structure is poor incontrollability, easy to damage in the transportation and use processes, short in service period and the like, especially under the action of crowd loads, and local or integral damage to the panel iseasily caused. The invention provides the panel which sequentially comprises a substrate, an adhesive layer and a rubber plate; the substrate is connected with the rubber plate through the adhesive layer; and a sensor acquisition system is arranged in the panel. A stage composite structural plate is formed by an aluminum alloy and rubber, an embedded sensing processing analysis technology is adopted, a plate stress graph curve is collected, a crowd load database based on graph characteristics is utilized to identify and obtain crowd loads, force and deformation information is calculated, a panel intelligent monitoring system is formed, and a pre-warning management and control system is combined to realize the management, control and maintenance functions of the whole process of the stagecomposite plate.
