The invention discloses a power-assisted door handle assembly and refrigerating equipment. The power-assisted door handle assembly comprises a handle and a fixed box. The handle is movably arranged onthe fixed box. The power-assisted door handle assembly further comprises a transmission part and an ejector rod assembly. The ejector rod assembly comprises an ejector rod stretching out of the fixedbox, and the transmission part is in fit connection to the ejector rod assembly. The handle comprises a handheld part and a positioning part. The transmission part comprises a fixed part in fit connection to the positioning part movably. When the handle is operated to move relative to the fixed box, the positioning part and the fixed part move relatively in a direction parallel to the rotary axisand the fixed part and the positioning part rotate relatively, so that the rotating part rotates relative to the fixed box to promote the ejector rod assembly to slide, and therefore, the ejector rodmoves outward toward the direction far away from the fixed box. According to the power-assisted door handle assembly, it is quite labor-saving to open a door and contact friction with a lateral sidesurface of a door body is avoided.
