The invention discloses a door body slow descending structure and a door body. A door stopper assembly and a door main body arranged on the door stopper assembly in an opening and closing manner are included. The door stopper assembly is provided with a slow descending spring bolt. The door main body is provided with a slow descending clamping nozzle adaptive to the slow descending spring bolt; orthe door stopper assembly is provided with a slow descending clamping nozzle, and the door main body is provided with a slow descending spring bolt adaptive to the slow descending clamping nozzle; the slow descending spring bolt is provided with a groove in the extending direction of a tongue body of the slow descending spring bolt, and when the door main body is opened and closed relative to thedoor stopper assembly from zero to the preset angle, the slow descending spring bolt is matched with the slow descending clamping nozzle, the slow descending clamping nozzle is constantly kept in anautomatic tightening state to be clamped to the slow descending spring bolt and can slide on the slow descending spring bolt. According to the above slow descending structure, through the buffering deceleration action of motion uphill of the groove in the slow descending spring bolt, buffering deceleration happens to the door main body, and the probability of generating repulsive noise during rapid closing of the door main body can be greatly reduced.
