The invention provides a green plant irrigation trolley with a road surface cleaning function. The green plant irrigation trolley comprises a body, wherein an irrigation device is arranged in the body, and comprises a nozzle; and a cleaning device is further arranged at the lower side of the irrigation device. According to the green plant irrigation trolley, green plants on the road surface and roadsides are irrigated due to the irrigation device, and are prevented from dying for lack of water, the cleaning device is further arranged under the irrigation and can be used for cleaning the road surface during irrigating to keep the cleanliness of the road surface; and a fertilizing device is arranged in the trolley and can be used for fertilizing green plants to enable the green plants to grow vigorously. The device has high automatic degree and high treatment efficiency.
