A man-machine interaction panel is arrangedon a cabinet door of the auxiliary cabinet; a visual window is arranged on a cabinet door of the main cabinet, and the main cabinet is used for storing anesthetic drugs; the top plate integrated assembly is embedded in the top of the main cabinet; the top plate integrated assembly comprises an ultraviolet lamp tube and a camera; the ultraviolet lamp tube irradiates from top to bottom; the camera shoots from top to bottom; the bottom plate integrated assembly is embedded in the bottom of the main cabinet; the bottom plate integrated assembly comprises a negative ion generator; the negative iongenerator is used for generating small-particle-size negative ions, and the concentration of the negative ions in the main cabinet is maintained to be 500 w/cm < 3 > or above; wherein the anesthetic stored in the main cabinet generates visual color change under the action of the ultraviolet lamp tube and the negative ion generator, and the camera shoots the anesthetic and sends a shot picture to the human-computer interaction panel for display.
