Asphalt pavement crack repairing pretreatment liquid as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to asphalt pavement crack repairing pretreatment liquid as well as a preparation method and application thereof, which are mainly applied to longitudinal or transverse cracks generated in the use process of an asphalt pavement and are also suitable for joint treatment of a newly paved pavement and an original pavement in the reconstruction and extension process of the asphaltpavement. The pretreatment liquid comprises coupling agent hydrolysate and an organic solvent containing furfural extract oil. And the interface bonding force of the asphalt pavement is greatly improved in a manner of pretreating cracks of the asphalt pavement. The application of the pretreatment liquid in asphalt pavement crack repair comprises the following steps: (1), carrying out joint cutting treatment and cleaning on cracks; and (2), spraying pretreatment liquid to the cracks cleaned in the step (1), and performing crack pouring construction by using an asphalt crack pouring material; and after crack pouring is completed, conducting forming and curing. The asphalt pavement crack repairing pretreatment liquid has important significance in reducing secondary damage to the asphalt pavement, reducing the maintenance cost and prolonging the service life, and has a guiding effect on maintenance of the asphalt pavement.
本发明涉及一种沥青路面裂缝修补预处理液及其制备方法与应用，主要应用于沥青路面在使用过程中产生的纵向或横向裂缝，同样适用于沥青路面改扩建过程中新铺路面与原有路面的接缝处理。所述预处理液包括偶联剂水解液和含有糠醛抽出油的有机溶剂。通过对沥青路面的裂缝进行预处理的方式大大提高了其界面粘结力。本发明的预处理液在沥青路面裂缝修补中的应用，包括以下步骤：(1)对裂缝进行切缝处理及清理；(2)使用预处理液喷洒经步骤(1)清理后的裂缝，使用沥青类灌缝材料进行灌缝施工；灌缝完成后进行成型养护即可。本发明对于减轻沥青路面的二次损害、降低养护成本、延长使用寿命有着重要意义，对于沥青路面的维修养护具有指导作用。
