A rail bolt hole is formed in a butt joint of the rail; a connecting plate is arranged on the inner side rail web of a butt joint of a rail,a connecting plate bolt hole is formed in the connecting plate, a bolt penetrates through the rail bolt hole in the butt joint of the rail and the connecting plate bolt hole from the outer side railweb of the rail and is screwed and fixed through a nut, and a flange is arranged on the outer side of a screw head of the bolt and is tightly attached to the outer side rail web of the rail. The invention has the following technical effects. The thread sleeve sinks in the rail butt joint screw hole; the flanges are attached to the rail web on the outer side of the rail, passing of the holding claws is not affected, the rail is fixed through the connecting plates from the inner side, loosening is prevented, the strength of the rail web can be improved, rail butt joint fixing is enhanced, when amine car or a shuttle car or other transportation devices are braked on the rail, rail deformation and dislocation are not likely to happen to the rail butt joint, and derailing accidents are prevented.
