The rail carrying labor-saving device comprises a labor-saving rod; a U-shaped frame is arranged at the bottom end of the labor-saving rod;the U-shaped frame comprises a transverse plate; the two sides of the bottom of the transverse plate are fixedly connected with side plates; wherein supporting rods are fixedly connected to the opposite sides of the two side plates, pulleys are arranged at the opposite ends of the two supporting rods, supporting points are arranged at the bottoms of the two side plates, the two side plates are obliquely arranged, the length of the labor-saving rod is not larger than 2 m, and the two pulleys are bearing type pulleys. According to the labor-saving device for carrying the rail, the original horizontal carrying and displacement process of the lever is utilized; and particularly, the mechanical bearing guide wheel is arranged on the labor-saving device, so that the track slides on the bearing type guide wheel, the principle that the friction force is reduced by utilizing the rolling of the bearing is utilized, the use of manpower is greatly reduced, and the operation efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种道轨搬运省力器。所述道轨搬运省力器包括:省力杆;U型架,所述U型架设置于所述省力杆的底端,所述U型架包括横板,所述横板底部的两侧均固定连接侧板,两个所述侧板相对的一侧均固定连接有支撑杆,两个所述支撑杆相对的一端均设置有滑轮,两个所述侧板的底部设置为支点,两个所述侧板呈倾斜状设置,所述省力杆的长度不超过2m,两个所述滑轮为轴承式滑轮。本发明提供的道轨搬运省力器利用杠杆的原来在水平搬运和位移过程中,减轻了作业人员劳动力,特别是在省力器上设置了机械轴承导轮,使道轨在轴承式导论上进行滑动,利用轴承滚动减少了摩擦力的原理,大大降低了人力的使用,极大的提高作业效率。
