Ecological permeable pavement brick and production process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building blocks, in particular to an ecological permeable pavement brick and a production process thereof. The ecological permeable pavement brick comprises a permeable layer, a surface layer and a permeable layer; each layer in the brick body is formed by vibrating and extruding through a vibration forming machine; the vibration forming machine comprises a machine body, a vibration table, a mold, a pressing plate and a controller. Due to the fact that raw materials of the brick body are subjected to extrusion forming to ensure that aggregate isevenly distributed, the brick body structure subjected to vibration forming forms a one-way surface layer and a water permeable layer, a water storage layer structure cannot be obtained, and the ecological water storage effect of the ecological water permeable pavement brick is lost; therefore, the operation of the vibration forming machine is adjusted through the arranged controller; according tothe ecological permeable pavement brick, coarse and fine aggregate particles are layered again by the brick body in the mold under low-frequency vibration, pores among the coarse aggregate particlesare used as a water storage layer of the brick body, and the'heat island effect 'of a city is weakened by evaporation of water in the water storage layer, so that the ecological adjustment effect of the ecological permeable pavement brick is achieved.
本发明涉及建筑砌块技术领域，具体涉及一种生态透水路面砖及其生产工艺，该生态透水路面砖包括透水层、面层和透水层；所述砖体中的各分层经振动成型机振动挤压而成；所述振动成型机包括机体、振台、模具、压板和控制器；由于砖体的原料在挤压成型中以确保骨料分布均匀，使得振动成型后的砖体结构形成单向的面层与透水层，而无法得到储水层结构，丧失了生态透水路面砖的生态储水效果；故此，本发明通过设置的控制器调整振动成型机的运行，使模具中的砖体在低频振动下将骨料的粗细颗粒再次分层，利用骨料粗颗粒之间的孔隙作为砖体的储水层，通过储水层中水分的蒸发，削弱城市的“热岛效应”，达到生态透水路面砖的生态调节效果。
