The loading control unit is connected with a roller rotating motor, a circulating fan and a combustor; the loading control unit controls forward-rotation stir-frying and reverse-rotation discharging of theroller rotating motor; the loading control unit measures the smoke temperature at the rear end of the roller through a smoke temperature sensor, controls the start and stop of the circulating fan according to the smoke temperature at the rear end of the roller, and judges whether the circulating fan works or not through a wind pressure sensor; the loading control unit controls the combustor to bein an extending and retracting state through an extending electromagnetic valve and a retracting electromagnetic valve, and the loading control unit judges whether the combustor is in a retracting state or not through a limiting switch; the loading control unit is used for controlling the start and stop of a burner fan; the loading control unit measures the real-time material temperature through the material temperature sensor. The system is high in practicability, high in intelligent degree and outstanding in using effect.
