The invention discloses a power generation deceleration strip device capable of being used as a barrier gate in the technical field of communication base stations. The gate comprises a foundation anda gate body, the gate bodies are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of a foundation. The bottom of the gate body is buried into a foundation; a deceleration strip groove is formed in the position, between the brake bodies, of the foundation. A drain hole is formed in the interface of the brake body and the deceleration strip groove; a drain pipe is arranged at the left lower part of the gate body; one end of the drainage pipe penetrates through two sides of the foundation and leads to an external drainage channel; a screw rod is arranged in an inner cavity of the gate body; a rainproof shell is arranged at the top end of the gate body. According to the invention, the mobile pressing block is arranged; the deceleration strip can transmit pressure to the power generation mechanism under the condition that normal functions are guaranteed, the spring and the power generation mechanism are prevented from being soaked in rainwater through the arrangement of the top-box-free part and the drainage pipeline, the deceleration strip can be lifted through the arranged lead screw mechanism to be used as a barrier gate, and rainwater can be quickly drained through the arranged drainage hole.
