Laser navigation cleaning machine
The laser navigation cleaning machine comprises a trolley for advancing, a cleaning device arranged at the front end of the trolley, and a navigation device and a driving device which are arranged onthe trolley, the cleaning device comprises a front plate, a guide rail, a water spraying device and a transmission device for driving the water spraying device to move along the guide rail; the waterspraying device comprises a water pump, a water pipe and an atomizing nozzle which are arranged in the horizontal direction; the navigation device comprises a photoelectric sensor and a laser scanner;the photoelectric sensors are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the trolley; the laser scanner is arranged at the running front end of the trolley; the photoelectric sensor and the laser scanner are electrically connected with the PLC respectively; the driving device comprises a servo motor, a gearbox and a PLC. The plc controller is electrically connected with the servo motor, and the servo motor is connected with the gearbox. High-pressure flow is used for flushing the road guardrail, and the road guardrail cleaning device has the advantages of being small in water amount and good in cleaning effect and is suitable for cleaning guardrails of different heights and forms.
