The invention belongs to a high-pressure jet grouting pile waterproof curtain open caisson construction method. The overall construction process comprises the following steps of leveling a site and performing surveying and setting out; setting up a waterproof curtain around an open caisson foundation pit, and sealing the bottom of the open caisson foundation pit; excavating earthwork of a first section of foundation pit, and pouring a first section of open caisson retaining wall; performing secondary surveying of elevation and position cross axes on the first section of retaining wall, and arranging a vertical transportation frame; excavating earthwork of a second section of foundation pit, disassembling a first section of formwork, installing a reinforcing mesh, erecting the formwork andpouring a second section of open caisson retaining wall, repeating the construction process of the open caisson retaining wall and circularly operating to a designed depth; checking and accepting thefoundation pit, and pouring open caisson retaining wall bottom sealing concrete; and pouring an open caisson foundation section by section from bottom to top. The defects of a conventional open caisson construction method are overcome by means of the method, a dry operation environment is created by arranging the high-pressure jet grouting waterproof curtain and a bottom sealing pile, the open caisson retaining wall is constructed by adopting an upside-down well method, and the settlement influence on surrounding foundations is greatly weakened.
本发明属于一种高压旋喷桩止水帷幕沉井施工方法,整体施工工艺为:场地平整、测量放线→沉井基坑四周设立止水帷幕,对沉井基坑实施封底→开挖第一节基坑土方,浇筑第一节沉井护壁→在第一节护壁上二次投测标高及位置十字轴线,设置垂直运输架→开挖第二节基坑土方,拆第一节模板、安装钢筋网、支模浇筑第二节沉井护壁→重复沉井护壁施工工序循环作业至设计深度→对基坑进行验收检查,浇筑沉井护壁封底砼→分节由下向上浇筑沉井基础;本发明克服常规沉井施工方法的缺陷,通过设立高压旋喷止水帷幕及封底桩,营造干作业环境,采用倒挂井法施工沉井护壁,大大减弱了对周围地基的沉降影响。
