The invention discloses an anti-pulling ring platform reinforcement cage device on a cylindrical anti-pulling pile reinforcement cage. The cylindrical anti-pulling pile reinforcement cage is formed bybinding or welding a plurality of circular ring steel bars on the peripheries of a plurality of longitudinal steel bars which are arranged in a surrounding mode, wherein a ring platform square framesteel bar is of a square frame structure formed by connecting an upper frame steel bar, a lower frame steel bar, an inner frame steel bar and an outer frame steel bar; an upper reinforcement cage ringdisc and a lower reinforcement cage ring disc are arranged at the positions, corresponding to each anti-pulling ring platform ring groove, in the cylindrical anti-pulling pile reinforcement cage; theupper reinforcement cage ring discs, the lower reinforcement cage ring discs and the circular ring steel bars are arranged in a staggered mode; the ring surfaces of the upper reinforcement cage ringdiscs and the ring surfaces of the lower reinforcement cage ring discs are fixedly connected with the longitudinal steel bars through connecting plates; square frame steel bar guide cylinders are arranged on the disc surfaces of the upper reinforcement cage ring discs and the disc surfaces of the lower reinforcement cage ring discs between every two adjacent longitudinal steel bars; and t-shaped pin shafts corresponding to the anti-pulling ring platform ring grooves are connected in series through a control steel wire rope.
