The invention relates to an integrated pump station preassembled dredging bottom tray and a using method thereof. The integrated pump station preassembled dredging bottom tray comprises a pump stationbarrel and a submersible sewage pump arranged in the pump station barrel, a suction inlet and a water outlet pipeline are arranged on the submersible sewage pump, and the water outlet pipeline extends out to form the pump station barrel. A water inlet pipeline is arranged on one side of the pump station barrel and penetrates through the pump station barrel. A dredging bottom tray body is arrangedat the bottom in the pump station barrel, and a sludge stirring device is arranged in the sludge dredging bottom tray body and located below the suction inlet of the submersible sewage pump. By meansof the integrated pump station preassembled dredging bottom tray and the using method thereof, cleaning can be convenient, integral processing production can be facilitated, and high application andpopularization value is achieved. Compared with a traditional deposition prevention device, the device emphasizes on the purpose of cleaning the bottom deposition part in the barrel and is easy to install, convenient to operate and capable of saving labor force and improving sewage disposal efficiency.
本发明涉及一种一体化泵站预装清淤底盆及其使用方法，包括泵站筒体以及设置于泵站筒体内的潜污泵，潜污泵上设有吸入口、出水管道，出水管道延伸出泵站筒体；泵站筒体的一侧设有进水管道，进水管道穿过泵站筒体；所述泵站筒体内的底部设有清淤底盆，清淤底盆内设有淤泥搅拌装置，且淤泥搅拌装置位于潜污泵吸入口下方。通过本发明，能够方便清理，便于整体加工生产，有较高的使用推广价值。与传统防淤积装置相比，该装置重点解决筒体内底部淤积部位清理问题，且安装简单，操作方便，节省劳动力，提高排污效率。
