Screw connection device for precast concrete members
The invention relates to a screw connection device for precast concrete members. The second precast member is provided with a preformed hole and an embedded box, and the preformed hole communicates with the interior of the embedded box inwards from a junction surface. A sprocket or gear with a threaded hole in the center is arranged in the embedded box, and the sprocket or gear has a stepped cylindrical surface with the outer diameter smaller than the root circle diameter. The stepped cylindrical surface of the sprocket or gear is limited by a shaft sleeve fixed on the inner side wall of the embedded box to rotate in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the performed hole and move with small clearance in the axial direction of the preformed hole. A screw is inserted into the embedded box through a preformed groove in the first precast member and the preformed hole in the second precast member, a notch is formed in the outer end face of the embedded box, external powerdrives the sprocket or gear to rotate at the notch through a chain or external gear respectively, and tightening of the screw is facilitated. Besides, it is unnecessary to form a large-area opening, and thus the strength of the precast members at a joint is not affected.
本发明涉及一种用于预制混凝土构件的螺杆连接装置,预制构件设有预留孔和预埋盒,预留孔从接合面向内连通至预埋盒内,在预埋盒内设有中心带有螺纹孔的链轮或齿轮,链轮或齿轮具有外径小于齿根圆直径的台阶圆柱面,通过固定在预埋盒内侧壁上的轴套限定链轮或齿轮的台阶圆柱面,使其在垂直于预留孔轴线方向转动,在预留孔轴线方向小间隙窜动,螺杆经第一预制构件上的预留槽和预留孔、第二预制构件的预留孔插入预埋盒内,预埋盒在外端面开设缺口,外部动力通过链条或者外部齿轮在缺口处分别驱动链轮或齿轮旋转,方便螺杆的拧紧,且不需设置大面积的开口,不影响预制构件在节点处的强度。
