Connecting assembly used for precast concrete members
The invention relates to a connecting assembly used for precast concrete members. The connecting assembly is used for connecting the precast members and comprises a screw, nuts and preformed holes andpreformed grooves which are formed in the precast members. The preformed grooves are nearby the junction surface of the adjacent precast members. The preformed holes communicate inwards into the corresponding preformed grooves from the junction surface. The screw is inserted into the preformed holes of the adjacent precast members. The two ends of the screw stretch into the preformed grooves of the adjacent precast members correspondingly, and the screw is screwed up and fixed with the nuts. The preformed hole(s) of at least one of the two adjacent precast members is/are a preformed deep holeor preformed deep holes, the preformed deep holes penetrate through the corresponding preformed grooves from the junction surface and stretch out of the preformed grooves by a certain distance, the depth of the preformed deep holes is not smaller than the length of the screw, and the length of the screw is greater than the width of openings of the preformed grooves. Before assembling, the screw is inserted into the preformed deep holes from the junction surface and not exposed out of the preformed deep holes, butt-joint hoisting of the precast members is facilitated, the openings of the preformed grooves only need to meet the requirement for space required for screwing up the nuts, the width of the openings is reduced, and the strength of the precast members at the connection point is improved.
