The invention discloses a ceramic brick prefabricated unit wall body structure. The ceramic brick prefabricated unit wall body structure comprises a steel frame, perforated ceramic bricks and positioning structures; the steel frame comprises square steel tubes and angle steel; two square steel tubes are arranged in parallel; a plurality of pieces of the angle steel are mounted between the two square steel tubes in parallel; positioning holes are formed in the upper end surfaces and the lower end surfaces of the perforated ceramic bricks and horizontal planes penetrating through the angle steel; each positioning structure comprises positioning pins and a nylon spacer which are formed integrally; the positioning pins are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the nylon spacer; the perforated ceramic bricks are stacked between adjacent angle steel; each nylon spacer is arranged between upper and lower adjacent perforated ceramic bricks, or between one perforated ceramic brick and thecorresponding angle steel; the positioning pins are arranged in the positioning holes; and cement mortar is arranged between the upper and lower adjacent perforated ceramic bricks. According to the ceramic brick prefabricated unit wall body structure, the perforated ceramic bricks and the steel frame are made into a prefabricated unit wall body in a factory stage; the processing precision is high;the field mounting is simple and convenient; the construction speed is high; and the construction period is greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种陶砖预制单元墙体结构，包括钢框架、带孔陶砖及定位结构，所述钢框架包括钢方管及角钢，所述钢方管平行设置为2个，所述角钢设置为若干个且平行安装于2个所述钢方管之间，所述带孔陶砖的上端面与下端面、贯穿所述角钢的水平面均设置有定位孔，所述定位结构包括一体成型的定位销及尼龙垫片，所述定位销对称设置于所述尼龙垫片的两侧，所述带孔陶砖堆砌于相邻的角钢之间，所述尼龙垫片设置于上下相邻的带孔陶砖之间或带孔陶砖与角钢之间，所述定位销设置于所述定位孔内，上下相邻的所述带孔陶砖之间设置有水泥砂浆。本发明在工厂阶段将带孔陶砖与钢框架做成预制单元墙体，加工精度高，现场安装简便，施工速度快，极大地缩短了施工周期。
