A paint brushing device capable of realizing maximized utilization of paint and free of paint dipping comprises a main box, wheels are symmetrically, rotatably and cooperatively connected to the frontand rear sides of the main box, a stirring cavity is formed in the main box, the left side of the stirring cavity communicates with a feeding cavity with an upward opening, the lower side of the stirring cavity communicates with a scraping cavity, a water pump is fixedly connected to the right end wall of the scraping cavity, the right end face of the water pump is fixedly connected with a corrugated pipe, the other end of the corrugated pipe is fixedly connected with a holding rod, and the right side of the stirring cavity communicates with a floating block cavity. Paint is fully mixed withwater through a stirring wheel, so that insufficient water mixing is prevented. The paint in the stirring cavity is conveyed to a cotton roller through the water pump, so that the workload caused by frequent paint dipping is avoided. The main box is provided with the wheels and is convenient to move. A floating block senses the amount of remaining paint in the stirring cavity, and when the paint is insufficient, a side scraper cooperates with upper and lower scrapers to scrape the paint left on the side wall of the stirring cavity, so that the paint is fully used and is not wasted.
一种最大化利用油漆且不需要蘸漆的刷漆装置；本装置包括主体箱，主体箱前后两侧对称转动配合连接有轮子，主体箱内设有搅拌腔，搅拌腔左侧连通设有向上开口的进料腔，搅拌腔下侧连通设有刮落腔，刮落腔右端壁内固定连接有水泵，水泵右端面固定连接有波纹管，波纹管另一端固定连接有握持杆，搅拌腔右侧连通设有浮块腔，通过搅拌轮使油漆与水得到充分混合，防止兑水不充分，通过水泵将搅拌腔内的油漆送至棉制滚轮上，从而避免了频繁蘸漆带来工作量，主箱体带有轮子便于移动，通过浮块感应搅拌腔内油漆余量，当油漆不足时，通过侧面刮板配合上下刮板将搅拌腔侧壁残留的油漆刮落，从而使油漆得到充分利用，不浪费。
