The invention discloses an external wall heat insulation mortar repairing process and a structure. The repairing structure comprises a plurality of holes penetrating from a decorative layer to a concrete wall body, wherein the inner walls of the holes are coated with a reinforcing agent, and the holes are filled with a reinforcing filling material; and the reinforcing filling material comprises reinforcing ribs or a lower polymer bonding material and upper polymer mortar. The repairing process comprises the following steps of: drilling holes in the wall surface of an external wall, and cleaning floating ash in the holes; injecting the reinforcing agent into the holes; injecting the polymer bonding material into the holes; repairing the vacant parts at the upper parts of the holes by usingthe polymer mortar, and repairing and flattening the outer parts of the holes; or inserting the reinforcing ribs, and then repairing and flattening the openings of the holes by using the polymer mortar according to requirements; and carrying out decoration treatment on the decorative layer again. According to the external wall heat insulation mortar repairing process provided by the invention, onthe basis of ensuring the firmness degree of the external wall body, the heat insulation performance of the external wall is ensured, and the phenomena of cracking, hollowing, peeling, water seepage and the like of the external wall body are avoided.
本发明公开了一种外墙保温砂浆修缮工艺及结构。所述修缮结构包括多个从装饰层贯穿至混凝土墙体的孔洞，该孔洞的内壁覆有增强剂，孔洞内填充有增强填充材料；所述增强填充材料采用加强筋或由下部的聚合物粘接材料与上部的聚合物砂浆构成。修缮工艺为：在外墙墙面钻出孔洞，清理孔洞内的浮灰；往孔洞内注入增强剂；再往孔洞内注入聚合物粘接材；用聚合物砂浆修补孔洞上部的空缺部分，并将孔洞的外部修补平整；或者插入加强筋，然后根据需要在孔洞的洞口处用聚合物砂浆修补平整；装饰层重新装饰处理。本发明提供的外墙保温砂浆修缮工艺，在保证外墙墙体的牢固程度的基础上，保证了外墙的保温性能，避免了外墙墙体产生开裂、空鼓、剥落、渗水等现象。
