The invention relates to the field of transformer substation building design, and particularly relates to a transformer substation building structure built by adopting prefabricated parts. The transformer substation building structure comprises a main transformer oil pit area, a grounding transformer equipment area and an underground wiring area, wherein the main transformer oil pit area is provided with a main transformer foundation and a main transformer oil pit foundation; the main transformer oil pit foundation and the main transformer foundation are supported by a first prefabricated bottom plate; the overground parts of the grounding transformer equipment area and the underground wiring area are supported by a second prefabricated bottom plate; the underground wiring area is supported by a third prefabricated bottom plate; the first prefabricated bottom plate, the second prefabricated bottom plate and the third prefabricated bottom plate are provided with notches connected with structural columns and structural beams; and the first prefabricated bottom plate, the second prefabricated bottom plate and the third prefabricated bottom plate are connected to different horizontal planes of the structural columns to form an overall stress structure, so that the construction efficiency and quality of a transformer substation building are improved.
