Provided are an intelligent three-dimensional parking garage combined with a building and an intelligent three-dimensional parking system and method. The intelligent three-dimensional parking garage is a parking garage structure integrating a building elevator room and a car fetching opening and comprises a multilayer steel structure frame, a transportation car, a car fetching car and a consigningplatform. By means of a man-machine interaction module A, an information processing module B, a transportation management module C, a parking starting module D, a car fetching starting module E, a car space management module F, a timing charging module G, an information storage module H and a car detecting module I, a car owner can send a car fetching instruction on the specified floor, and the car fetching time and distance are shortened; and meanwhile, a background management system can feed back the time for reaching the specified floor, and the car owner can manage time more reasonably. Multiple cars can be stored and fetched at the same time, and the efficiency is improved. The car storing and fetching process, operation by external personnel is not needed, the external personnel cannot enter the parking garage in the process of storing and fetching the cars, safety of the cars is guaranteed, and property loss is avoided.
