The invention discloses a roadway stacking machine with a rotation function. A stand column type stacking machine frame is included. A running mechanism for the stacking machine frame to integrally transversely move is arranged at the bottom of the stacking machine frame. The stacking machine frame is internally in sliding connection with a rotation lifting platform. The stacking machine frame isfurther provided with an ascending mechanism making the rotation lifting platform achieve horizontal ascending and descending in the stacking machine frame. The rotation lifting platform comprises a lifting frame which is connected with the ascending mechanism and can slide in the stacking machine frame, a rotation platform arranged at the upper portion of the lifting frame and rotationally connected with the lifting frame, and a rotation mechanism making the rotation platform rotate on the lifting frame. The four-stand-column type stacking machine is provided and serves as a carrier to achieve synchronous running of rotating, ascending, descending and transverse moving, the time is greatly saved, the vehicle storing and taking efficiency is improved, structure stability is enhanced, and safety is improved; and when vehicles are driven into a stacking machine platform, simultaneous ascending, descending and rotating functions are adopted, the handover time is shortened, and high-capacity parking is achieved.
