The invention discloses an intercepting device with an anti-collision sensing structure for a parking lot. The intercepting device comprises a protective device and a base, wherein an intercepting device body is mounted in the middle of the lower end of the outer wall of the exterior of the bottom of the protective device, and a protective device is arranged on the outer wall of the outer part ofthe front end of the intercepting device body; and a sensor is mounted in the middle of the inner wall of the intercepting device body. According to the intercepting device with the anti-collision sensing structure for the parking lot, through the arrangement of the protective device, a vehicle body can be well protected by utilizing the action of a fixed spring, the friction of a vehicle to the whole intercepting device due to special conditions is avoided, and the fixed spring can effectively decompose the action of force to well protect the intercepting device and the vehicle body; and secondly, an air bag is connected to the inner wall of the interior of the protective device, so that the intercepting device can be further well protected, fixed rods can be connected to the periphery ofthe intercepting device when the vehicle body moves forcibly, entering and exiting of the vehicle body can be blocked to remind a driver to adjust the distance, and the safety is higher.
