Anti-seismic steel structure fabricated building
The invention relates to the technical field of house buildings, and aims to provide an anti-seismic steel structure fabricated building aiming at the defect that a house vibrates when a train or a subway passes through the house. The anti-seismic steel structure fabricated building comprises a house body, wherein the house body comprises a plurality of transverse I-shaped steel and longitudinal I-shaped steel which are connected with one another; the longitudinal I-shaped steel is provided with damping connecting pieces for connecting the transverse I-shaped steel with the longitudinal I-shaped steel; and a damping sleeve is connected between the house body and a foundation. By arranging the damping connecting pieces at the joints of the longitudinal I-shaped steel and the transverse I-shaped steel, when the house body is subjected to transverse vibration force, the damping connecting pieces convert part of vibration energy into heat energy or energy in other forms, then the influenceof vibration generated when the subway or the train passes through the house on the house body is reduced, and the living comfort of the house is improved. By arranging the damping sleeve, the influence of vibration on the house body is reduced.
本发明涉及房屋建筑的技术领域,针对列车或地铁经过房屋时房屋会产生振动的缺点,旨在提供一种抗震型钢结构装配式建筑,包括房屋本体,房屋本体包括若干相互连接的横向工字钢和纵向工字钢,纵向工字钢上设有连接横向工字钢和纵向工字钢的减震连接件,房屋本体与地基之间连接有减震套筒。通过在纵向工字钢和横向工字钢之间的连接处减震连接件,以使得在房屋本体在受到横向的震动力时,减震连接件将部分震动能量转化为热能或者是其他形式的能量,进而降低了地铁或列车经过时产生的震动对房屋本体产生的影响,提高了房屋居住的舒适性。通过设置减震套筒,以降低震动对房屋本体造成的影响。
