The clutch cover is fixedly connectedwith a rolling bearing through a first bearing hole, and the clutch cover is fixedly connected with a first connecting boss. A positioning hole is formed in the first connecting boss, and the clutchcover is fixedly connected with a clutch seat. A second bearing hole is formed in the clutch seat, and a threaded sleeve rod is fixedly connected with the clutch seat. A threaded hole is formed in thethreaded sleeve rod, and the handle core is fixedly connected with the rolling bearing. The handle core is fixedly connected with a rotating connecting disc, and the rotating connecting disc is fixedly connected with a torsion spring fixing disc. The torsion spring fixing disc is fixedly connected with a threaded seat, and a threaded hole making contact with a countersunk screw rod is formed in the threaded seat. The torsion spring fixing disc is fixedly connected with an elastic torsion spring, one end of the elastic torsion spring is fixedly connected with the torsion spring fixing disc, and the other end of the elastic torsion spring is fixedly connected with the clutch seat. By means of the ultrathin clutch lock, the function that the clearance cannot be generated during direction changing can be achieved.
