When the lock cylinder (2) is rotated for unlocking, the secret key blocks (126) can make contact with the secret key groove (121) only after the springs (3) are locked by the locking groove (22); when the positions of the springs (3) are not correct, the secret key blocks (126) cannot pass through the secret key groove(121), the lock cannot be unlocked, at the moment, the lock cylinder (2) must be rotated reversely for next unlocking, and the lock cylinder (2) must be rotated reversely after a period of time aftera delay device is additionally arranged.
