The system comprises a processor, and the processor is electrically connected with an ultrasonic ranging module, a double-rotating-motor driving module, a loudspeaker and a parking lot server, wherein the parking lot server is further electrically connected with a high-speed camera, the ultrasonic ranging module is used for detecting a vehicle distance signal and sending the vehicle distance signal to the processor, the processor comparesthe vehicle distance signal with a preset value and sends a control signal to the double-rotating-motor module, the processor is further used for sending a prompt signal to the loudspeaker for voice prompt, and the high-speed camera is used for acquiring a vehicle rear license plate image and sending the vehicle rear license plate image to the parking lot server for analysis and storage. The system is high in identification precision, simple in system framework and low in use cost.
