The invention discloses an extra-coarse machine-made sand pumping concrete. The concrete is prepared by mixing the following raw material components by mass: 200 to 250 kg of cement, 100 to 120 kg ofmineral powder, 100 to 130 kg of fly ash, 1080 to 1160 kg of fine aggregate, 620 to 640 kg of coarse aggregate, 170 to 180 kg of water and 9.4 to 11.2 kg of an additive. The concrete is characterizedin that all fine aggregates adopt extra-coarse machine-made sand, the fineness modulus reaches 3.6 to 4.1, the sand ratio is higher than 60%; the concrete is prepared from a conventional cementing material, the mixing amount of mineral powder and coal ash exceeds 45%, the strength grade reaches C30 or above, the slump is larger than or equal to 200 mm, the expansion degree is larger than or equalto 500 mm, the working performance is good, and the pumping construction requirement of common concrete can be met. Due to the application of the invention, the application of the extra-coarse machine-made sand as the only fine aggregate in the pump concrete is realized, and the pressure of shortage of medium sand resources at present is effectively relieved.
本发明公开了一种特粗机制砂泵送混凝土,所述混凝土由下述原材料组分拌制而成,按混凝土所含原材料质量计:水泥200~250kg、矿粉100~120kg、粉煤灰100~130kg、细骨料1080~1160kg、粗骨料620~640kg、水170~180kg、外加剂9.4~11.2kg。该混凝土的特点是细骨料全部采用特粗机制砂,细度模数达3.6~4.1,砂率超过60%,使用常规胶凝材料制得,矿粉、粉煤灰的掺量超过45%,强度等级达到C30及以上,坍落度≥200mm,扩展度≥500mm,工作性能良好,能够满足一般混凝土的泵送施工要求。本发明的应用实现了特粗机制砂作为唯一细骨料在泵送混凝土中的应用,有效缓解了目前中砂资源短缺的压力。
