Potassium magnesium ammonium phosphate environment-friendly slow-release fertilizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a potassium magnesium ammonium phosphate environment-friendly slow-release fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The slow-release fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials: ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, magnesium oxide and calcium powder. The preparation method comprises the steps: proportioning and mixing raw materialsaccording to the proportion; uniformly mixing and successively crushing, wherein the crushing fineness is 100-150 meshes; granulating, and drying under the drying condition of 150-250 DEG C for 1 h after granulating and being qualified, wherein the water content of the product is 6-10%; and after drying, immediately feeding into a cooling machine, cooling to normal temperature, screening, baggingand warehousing. The potassium magnesium ammonium phosphate environment-friendly slow-release fertilizer provided by the invention is dissolved with acidic substances secreted by plant roots and microorganisms in soil, can play a role for a long time after being applied once, and can be used as a base fertilizer during cultivation and transplantation. The fertilizer can rapidly absorb effective components and permeate into plants, promotes the plants to generate new roots and buds, remarkably improves the yield and quality of the plants, and also has a certain resistance effect on common diseases of crops.
本发明涉及一种磷酸铵钾镁环保缓效肥及其制备方法,由以下原料制成,磷酸二氢铵、磷酸二氢钾、氧化镁、钙粉。原料按照配比进行配料并掺混;掺混均先后进行粉碎,粉碎细度为100‑150目;然后进行造粒,造粒合格后进行烘干,烘干条件为150‑250℃进行烘干,烘干时间1小时,产品水份在6‑10%;烘干后马上进冷却机进行降温冷却达到常温,筛选、装袋、入库。本发明提供的一种磷酸铵钾镁环保缓效肥,与植物根部分泌酸性物质和土壤中的微生物溶解,施肥一次就可长时间发挥功效,栽培移植时可作基肥使用。本肥料能将有效成份迅速吸收并渗透到植物体内,促进植物产生新根、新芽,显著提高植物的产量和质量,并作物的常见病害也有一定的抵抗作用。
