The invention discloses a movable guardrail, and relates to power supply for a 24-volt direct-current storage battery through solar photovoltaics, particularly to the technology that a 24-volt direct-current motor enables wheels to move by 2-3 revolutions per second through a reduction gearbox. The invention belongs to the technical field of motor driving. After multiple times of experiments, onlya 24-volt direct-current motor is appropriate and a remote control switch changes the current direction of the 24-volt motor and the running direction of the motor, so that a problem that the road guardrail in the middle cannot move is solved; and the lens are increased, traffic jam occurrence is reduced, and benefits to the nation and people are created. The invention relates to the technology of driving a guardrail stably, unquickly and slowly, problems of usage of 220V alternating current or 110V direct current or 36V direct current and finding of a stable-speed reduction gear are solved;a proper rotating speed of a proper electric gear is used, so that people can go out conveniently after road guide rail moves and traffic jam is avoided.
