The invention discloses a foundation laying device for building engineering. The device comprises a plurality of supporting rods, the tops of the supporting rods are respectively fixed on a same horizontal supporting plate, through holes are formed in the horizontal supporting plate, a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate and a third supporting plate are sequentially arranged below the horizontal supporting plate, a beating hammer is fixed below the first supporting plate, a through opening is formed in the second supporting plate, a pressure body is fixed below the second supporting plate, the pressure body is positioned on the outer side of the through opening, a rotating body matched with the pressure body is fixed above the third supporting plate, a inserting strip used for inserting of a ground pile is fixed below the third supporting plate, the lower side of the second supporting plate is also connected with the upper side of the third supporting plate through a spring, a rope is fixed above the first supporting plate, and the rope is connected with a driver used for retracting the rope. The ground pile is rotationally driven into the ground in a spiral mode, sothat more energy is saved compared with the situation that the ground pile is vertically driven into the ground, and the frequency of striking the ground pile by a striking hammer is reduced.
本发明公开了一种建筑工程打地基装置,包括多个支撑杆,支撑杆的顶部分别固定在同一个水平支板上,水平支板上开设有通孔,水平支板的下方依次设有第一支撑板、第二支撑板以及第三支撑板,第一支撑板的下面固定有击打锤,第二支撑板上开设有通口,第二支撑板的下面固定有压力体,压力体位于通口的外侧,第三支撑板的上面固定有与压力体相匹配的旋转体,第三支撑板的下面固定有用于插入地桩的插条,第二支撑板的下面还通过弹簧与第三支撑板的上面连接,第一支撑板的上面固定有绳索,绳索与用于收缩绳索的驱动器连接。本发明使用螺旋的方式将地桩旋转的打入地下,相对于地桩垂直的进入地下更加的节约能量,减少击打锤击打地桩的次数。
