The invention discloses an excavation device for an underground mine. The device comprises a bearing base, wherein a track is arranged at the bottom of the bearing base, a protective shell is arrangedabove the bearing base, a rotary shaft is arranged on the side wall at one side of the protective shell, an oscillating rod is connected to the rotary shaft, one end of the oscillating rod is locatedinside the protective shell, the other end of the oscillating rod is located outside the protective shell, an oscillating rod oscillating mechanism is connected to the end, located in the protectiveshell, of the oscillating rod, a sliding slot is formed in the bottom of the end, located outside the protective shell, of the oscillating rod, a sliding block is connected to the sliding slot in a sliding mode, the lower end of the sliding block is connected with a vertical rod, and a guide rail is arranged at one side of the vertical rod and inside the protective shell. The device has the advantages that 1, by arranging a rotating cam, the cam can drive the oscillating rod to oscillate up and down, so that a cutter head on a cutter disk is driven to scrape the surface of a mine laneway flatly, time and labor are saved, and excavation efficiency is improved; and 2, by arranging a dust reduction mechanism, dust generated during work can be effectively reduced, and dust pollution is avoided.
本发明公开了一种地下矿井用开凿装置,包括承重底座,承重底座底部设有履带,承重底座上方设有防护外壳,防护外壳一侧侧壁上设有转轴,转轴上连接有摆动杆,摆动杆一端处在防护外壳内部,另一端处在防护外壳外部,且摆动杆处在防护外壳内的一端连接有摆动杆摆动机构,摆动杆处在防护外壳外的一端底部设有滑槽,滑槽上滑动连接有滑块,滑块下端连接有竖杆,竖杆一侧且在防护外壳内设有导轨,本发明的有益效果:1、通过设置转动的凸轮,凸轮可以带动摆动杆上下摆动,从而带动刀盘上的刀头对矿井巷道地表的表面进行刮削平整,省时省力,增大开凿效率;2、通过设置降尘机构,能够有效的减小工作时的灰尘,避免了粉尘污染。
